Images depicting the incorporation of glare patterns

We render two distinct scenes to illustrate the glare patterns in daytime and nighttime driving scenarios. In the daytime scene, glare patterns appear around specular reflections of sunlight and their visibility varies with local background luminance: they are more noticeable in darker regions and less noticeable in brighter areas. In the nighttime scene, glare patterns appear around car headlights and exhibit lower color saturation, a smoother fade into the background, and denser spikes due to pupil dilation under low-light conditions.
